These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of this website (the "Site"), operated by R.U.LITT Entertainment ("R.U.LITT," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
Information only
The Site provides general information about our DJ, MC, sound, lighting, special-effects and event-promotion services. Nothing on the Site is an offer or a contract. Services, equipment and effects may vary by event, venue and location.
Quotes, availability and bookings
Submitting a quote or availability request does not reserve your date, create a contract or obligate either party. Prices shown (such as the typical wedding package) are starting points and may change based on location, event length, travel, equipment and production requirements. A date is officially reserved only after a signed agreement and any required deposit are received. Your signed agreement governs payment, cancellation, rescheduling and all other booking terms, and controls over anything on this Site.
Special effects and venue rules
Cold sparks, CO₂ effects, certain lighting and other effects are offered only where the venue allows them and conditions are safe. Venue rules, permits, fire-safety requirements and the judgment of our team may limit or prevent their use.
Music and requests
We work with you to understand your music preferences and your must-play and do-not-play songs. Final song selection and timing are at the professional discretion of the DJ, to keep the event running smoothly and appropriate for the audience.
Photos, videos and content
Some photos on the Site may be stock or sample images used for illustration. All content on the Site, including text, logos, photos, videos and design, is owned by or licensed to R.U.LITT and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. The R.U.LITT name and logo are trademarks of R.U.LITT Entertainment.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site, including submitting false inquiries, attempting to interfere with its operation, accessing it without authorization, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
Links to other sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites and social networks. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Efectos especiales y reglas del venue

Música y peticiones
